Read Business Studies and Marketing, and is Vice Chairman, major share-holder of Mothergold Ltd. A business person with interests in Retail & distribution, Catering and Fish farming. Lolade is a motivational speaker and also Executive Director of Victoria Modupe Oke Foundation, an NGO, non-profit affiliate of Mothergold Ltd, dedicated to the development of young girls and women, good governance and gender equity.

He has also effectively supported the facilitation of a workshop organized by DFID/UNICEF on Role of Private Sector in Building Social and Economic Resilience in Nigeria.
